We do not request, collect, or store cryptocurrency wallet addresses, private keys, or any custodial access to your assets.

• Deliver subscription content via Telegram

We rely on the following providers to operate the service:

• Telegram — for content delivery and account communication. Telegram's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
• Paddle.com Market Limited — as our payment processor and merchant of record for card payments. Paddle collects payment information directly; we receive limited transaction data.
• Helio (operated by MoonPay) — as our payment processor for SOL and USDC subscriptions.
• Email infrastructure providers — for transactional communications.
• Hosting and analytics providers — for website operation and basic usage analytics.

We share only the information necessary for these providers to perform their services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4.Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation to fulfill legal, accounting, and operational needs. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing support@mqsolbot.com, subject to any retention requirements imposed by law.

MQSolbot is operated from the United States. By using the service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
